REQUEST YOUR CONFERENCING ACCOUNT

To obtain a conferencing account, click here and request an account online. If you have any questions, you can email Subscriber Services or call 480-592-2020, option 4.

REPORTING LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

Traveling employees whose cards are lost or stolen should contact Genesys Customer Support to cancel the card. The Employee should then inform Subscriber Services of the loss and to apply for a replacement card. For additional information on how to prevent your card from being used fraudulently, please refer to Fraud Protection Tips.
